Everything you need to know









That all depends on the volume of rentals we have for that day. Generally we arrive 1 to 3 hours prior to your rental start time. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as easily as 4 hours in advance. Once we have our delivery schedule arranged for your event day, we will call you with a more firm delivery time.
We have a to risk weather policy. We don't control the weather and neither do you. We fully refund and paid booking if cancellation is due to inclement weather. For further details please see our weather page.

If you need to cancel for another reason we ask that you please give us as much notice as possible to increase our chances of re-renting your items.

We do allow customer pick ups with some of our carnival games, foam parties and laser tag items. We do not allow customer pick up for inflatable bouncy castles, obstacle courses, slides or combos. A proper and safe set up is extremely important to us and our insurance company specifies that Bounceroo staff must do the set up of these inflatable items. Some of these inflatable weigh up to 600 pounds, so why not let us take care of the heavy lifting.
